Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at the 252 in Phnom Penh! The rooms were spacious and super clean, which made me feel right at home. The staff, especially Nicole, was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure our group had everything we needed. The dining experience was also delightful with both Khmer and Western food options that were delicious. The only downside was that I wish the breakfast options could've been a bit more varied, but overall, the value for money was excellent.
While the hotel offers a beautiful setting with a peaceful garden and a lovely swimming pool, my stay was marred by noise issues on the top floor and subpar customer service. The spacious rooms are a plus, yet certain amenities like hot water and blankets were missing. Overall, it’s a mixed experience—great for relaxation but needs improvement in service and noise control.
I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. The location was fairly convenient for local exploration, and the room was clean, but the dining options weren't as plentiful as I hoped. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more pleasant, yet there were some drawbacks that affected my overall enjoyment.
This hotel is a peaceful oasis in the busy city of Phnom Penh, with a fantastic saltwater pool and lush gardens that provide a great getaway for relaxation. The warm hospitality from the staff, particularly Nicolle, makes every visit feel special. The dining options are delicious and fairly priced, although the pool access could be better communicated. Overall, this boutique hotel offers excellent value for money with its modern amenities and tranquil atmosphere.
My stay was quite the rollercoaster. On one hand, the staff was genuinely warm and the space felt rejuvenating, which made for a soothing atmosphere. On the other hand, the overall comfort of the hotel fell short due to issues like noisy birds keeping me up at night and some missing amenities in the room. While I appreciated the nice pool area, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for peace and basic comfort during your stay.
